It's been wonderful to be walking in the woods and around the lake again with no snow, no ice and no mud. I love being out in nature instead of walking the streets or malls. Fortunately I got good company for my walks this weekend. On Friday Ashley and the boys joined me for a hike around the lake. Dale and Mowgli came along for a walk in the woods on Saturday. We have a pretty good thunderstorm going on tonight so there may be some mud in my future but I am excited to watch the seasons change in the woods near my home.
