Before dawn on Sunday morning Dale and I headed to Gray's Lake to enjoy the light and color of a Spring sunrise. It was a perfect morning with a light wind and mild temperatures. It's actually feeling like Spring. It seemed that we were the first to arrive so it was quiet and we were treated to a great show of geese, ducks and sea gulls enjoying the lake. I was excited to walk the two mile path around the lake so early in the morning. All of this walking is paying off with my energy and optimism.
