Hiking Buddy

 

 It was my first day out in the woods for a few months so I was thrilled to be out on the trails on Thursday. Having Lincoln with me made it even better. He did a great job of walking on his own and loved the sticks again.

Finding the pond was a big bonus for Lincoln and throwing sticks in made it even better. I hope we get lots of hiking time this year.

 After a long hike on a warm Spring day it seemed like a good time for a treat. When we walked in Lincoln said to the server, "I want ice cream with a straw. That be AWSOME!" Everything outdoors feels extra special after that tough winter.
